Barry Kolker, of The Carson Kolker Organization Ltd., and About Face, a division of Carson Kolker, has literally been in the agency business for 24 years. He is the owner of The Carson Kolker Organization and is in charge of the legit, theatre/film/television department.  Barry was an actor who earned a BFA in Acting from Long Island University/Post, formerly known as CW Post. He gave up acting at age 22 because he didn't want it bad enough. Barry did however, have a passion for the work behind the scenes wanting to help actors and actresses, so he got a job in the agency business and continues following that passion today.  The agency only signs union talent for legit, but freelances commercially for both union and non-union talent.  The agency handles ALL ages, children through adults. Although Carson Kolker doesn’t have an LA office, they do have LA affiliates for children that consider their clients.  

Barry keeps a sharp eye on who is being cast in theatre, film and tv  to stay current on “types” that are sought after and working in the industry. Client bookings include, Broadway: Kinky Boots, Wicked, Annie, Phantom, Matilda, Bullets Over Broadway, etc…and The Lion King & Les Miz tours; Television bookings include: Us and Them, Hostages, Deception, Orange is the New Black, Person of Interest, Louie, Law and Order: SVU, Blue Bloods, and Boardwalk Empire. Films include: Naomi and Ely's No Kiss List, Rob The Mob, and Revenge of the Green Dragons. The agency also has clients working in various regional theatres.

Barry Shapiro is Owner of  Herman & Lipson Castingwhich has been in business for over 33 years casting over 8000 commercials both voiceover and on camera for such products as Loreal, ESPN, Advil, Verizon, Toys R Us and many other top accounts. He casts for commercials all around the world and also casts for film, television and theatre. Recently they cast for the Off-Broadway play “Facespace” which was performed at the Midtown International Theatre Festival.  

Barry attends theatre productions, comedy showcases and workshops around the country looking for new talent for their clients.  His goal is to offer their clients never before seen talent as well as the best talent New York has to offer.

Prior to being a casting director, Barry managed a rehearsal studio for Broadway shows and also was a producer for a top fashion commercial director working with every top model in the industry. Barry also keeps busy on the weekends, traveling around the country conducting acting workshops at several universities. In New York, Barry teaches commercial technique classes, improv classes, and also directs comedy showcases for children and adults.

Bob Marks  has maintained a busy vocal studio in New York City for over 25 years, recently teaching his 80,000th private session.  He works with performers of all ages and levels of experience.  He was a pianist with the original Broadway production of Annie, and spent two seasons as the Associate Conductor of the St. Louis Municipal Opera.  He has been the musical director of over 200 productions across the country, including every style of music, from Kismet to The Rocky Horror Show.  His cabaret showcases have run continually in New York City for over 20 years.  

Bob holds a degree in speech pathology and as a vocal coach, conductor, arranger, director, and composer, he is considered an expert in helping performers present themselves to their best advantage in auditions, competitions, and recordings. He has given workshops and Master Classes across the United States and Europe.   He has coached cast members of almost every current Broadway musical, and former students have included Lea Michelle, Debbie Gibson, Christy Carlson Romano, Sarah Jessica Parker, Britney Spears, and Ariana Grande.  He is regarded by many as being one of "the best in the business," and is committed to bringing his expertise and experience to singers and teachers of singing so that they may reach their vocal performance goals.

Jody Reynard has been dancing non-stop for the past 20 years!!  He attended the Cobb Center Excellence for the Performing Arts outside of Atlanta, GA and graduated with a dance major.  He then earned a BA in Theatre with Music minor from Kennesaw State University where he also helped to found its first dance ensemble, Wings.  From there, his regional theatre career began with dancing roles in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, On the Twentieth Century at the Goodspeed Opera House and Mame at the Papermill Playhouse.  

Soon thereafter he caught the eye of Ann Reinking at an open audition and made his Broadway debut in Fosse, dancing featured specialties such as “From the Edge,” “Rich Man’s Frug,” and the “Take Off with Us” adage.  Some other credits include the Broadway companies of Legally Blonde, Taboo, Saturday Night Fever and the national touring companies of Camelot, Kiss Me Kate, My Fair Lady and (recently)Memphis.  He’s worked as a “Rosie Boy” dancing behind Emmy Award winning, Rosie O’Donnell on Rosie Live! and on The Oprah Winfrey Show in the “Farewell Spectacular” episode.  Jody has worked as a dance captain and associate for Denis Jones and Darren Lee.  Some of his favorite roles include Paul in Kiss Me Kate, Phaedra in La Cage aux Folles, Ken in Smokey Joe’s Cafe and substitute instructor of jazz & tap at Wagner College in Staten Island, NY.

Jolie Bergeron has been a talent manager at MMG Model Management for over 6 years and has been a part of the modeling world for 20. She specializes in working with Kids and Young ladies who have, will, and currently compete in pageantry.  She also has competed in pageants herself and is a private coach as well.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts and a 2 year conservatory degree from the New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts where she studied Film, TV, and Commercial acting.  She has walked the runways in Milan for Designers Such as D squared and Von Dutch and has appeared in Print ads in both Italy and New York Markets. She is excited to be here and be a part of this amazing event!

Kathryn Gracey is an associate Agent for the agency of Ann Wright Representatives.  Ann Wright Representatives is full service talent and literary agency that represents Film, Television, Commercial, Theatre, and Voice Over artists ages 2 to 64.  A legend in the business, Ann Wright has been an agent for over 40 years! She has been President and Owner of her own full-service talent agency, incorporated since 1962.  Ann Wright began her career at CBS TV Casting Department servicing the live prime-time dramas of the time. Susan Wright started her agent career in 1981 with the Ann Wright office in Los Angeles, supporting the careers of talents such as Rob Lowe, Sara Jessica Parker, Alan Rachins, and Michael Delorenzo. She worked in the business beyond Ann Wright in production for Dick Clark Productions and for the film company which produced The Milagro Beanfield War, directed by Robert Redford. Susan returned to Ann Wright NY and is Head of the Legit Theater, Film and TV department.  Their actors have been in Hollywood films including 27 Dresses, The Proposal, Monsters Inc, Angels & Demons, Thumbelina and Frida as well as the following television shows: Law and Order: SUV, One Life to Live, Royal Pains, All My Children, Nurse Jackie, Rescue Me, The Wire, As The World Turns, Gossip Girl, General Hospital.
